Core Responsibilities
The role is split between Professional Operations (keeping the business moving) and Personal Lifestyle Management (ensuring the principal’s life is seamless).
Professional Side
Gatekeeping: Screening high-pressure requests from labels, media, and other artists.
Tour & Travel Logistics: Coordinating private aviation, complex international visas, and "rider" requirements at venues.
On-Set/Backstage Support: Acting as the primary liaison during music video shoots, awards shows (Grammys, BRITs), and recording sessions.
Liaison Work: Interfacing with the Artist Manager, Business Manager (Accountant), and Legal team.
Personal Side
Estate Management: Overseeing multiple properties, managing household staff (chefs, security), and handling renovations.
Personal Shopping & Styling: Sourcing luxury goods or coordinating with fashion houses for red-carpet events.
Private Life: Managing family schedules, medical appointments, and confidential personal errands.
