JOB OPENING - Data Analyst ADF Medical Services Inc.

Department: Analytics & Business Intelligence
Location: Fully Remote
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

What You'll Do:

• Analyze and interpret complex healthcare and operational datasets
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and performance reports
• Monitor and evaluate KPIs across departments and service lines
• Identify data trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support data needs
• Prepare clear and concise data presentations for leadership and stakeholders
• Maintain data quality, consistency, and security across all platforms
• Assist in building predictive models and forecasting reports as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field
• 2+ years of hands-on data analysis experience
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills
• Strong communication skills — able to translate data into plain language
• Self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Prior experience in healthcare or medical data is highly preferred
