Point Quest Group is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our Education, Training & E-Learning team within the Education / Teaching / Administration industry. In this role, you will provide individualized academic and behavioral support to students with a wide range of learning and developmental needs, helping them build skills that foster growth, independence, and long-term success. Drawing on Point Quest Group’s specialized expertise in Special Education and Healthcare services, you will design and implement instruction that is tailored to each learner, using evidence-based practices and positive behavior supports. As a Special Education Teacher with Point Quest Group, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, developing and managing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and adapting curriculum and instructional materials to meet diverse needs. You will collect and analyze data to monitor progress, adjust interventions, and ensure that each student is working toward meaningful, measurable goals. Collaboration is central to this position: you will work closely with behavior analysts, therapists, related service providers, and families to coordinate comprehensive support plans and ensure continuity of care across educational and therapeutic environments. You will play a key role in creating a safe, inclusive, and structured classroom environment that promotes positive behavior, emotional regulation, and active participation. Using a range of instructional and behavioral strategies—including differentiated instruction, visual supports, structured routines, and proactive behavior management—you will support students in building both academic and functional life skills. Ongoing communication with parents and caregivers will be essential, as you share progress, discuss strategies, and partner with them to reinforce learning and behavior goals across settings. Joining Point Quest Group means becoming part of a supportive and inclusive culture that emphasizes collaboration, professional growth, and innovative thinking. You will have opportunities for ongoing training and development in special education practices, behavior support, and related areas, with coaching and feedback from experienced professionals. Our dynamic environment values diversity and encourages teachers to bring creativity and new ideas to their work, always keeping the needs of students at the center. This position is ideal for an educator who is passionate about making a tangible difference in the lives of students with special needs, who is comfortable working in specialized or therapeutic classroom settings, and who thrives in a team-based, mission-driven organization. As a Special Education Teacher at Point Quest Group, you will contribute directly to our mission of helping individuals and organizations achieve optimal outcomes through personalized educational and behavioral support services, while also advancing your own personal and professional development.
