Job Title: Full-Time Content Creator Department: FLP Productions Reports To: Frankie Lapenna Location: On-Site Hours: 40 hours per week Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Video Content Specialist to join our fast-paced production team. This role is responsible for creating, shooting, and editing high-performing short-form and long-form content for a large-scale social media audience. The ideal candidate understands viral storytelling, thrives in high-pressure environments, and can execute content from concept to final delivery. Key Responsibilities Shoot and produce engaging video content for platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Snap Chat Edit high-volume content with a strong focus on pacing, retention, and viral performance Collaborate directly with talent and team to develop creative concepts and execute ideas Assist in developing hooks, visual gags, and storytelling strategies optimized for social media algorithms Manage and organize footage, assets, and project files Maintain and operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment Support live productions and experimental content formats (e.g., live streaming, interactive content) Adapt quickly to trends and platform changes to keep content relevant and competitive Requirements Experience shooting and editing social media content Strong understanding of viral content structure Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro preferred) Ability to work quickly under tight deadlines Strong creative instincts and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a dynamic, sometimes unpredictable production environment Reliable transportation #J-18808-Ljbffr FLP productions LLC
