Job Description The primary function of this position is to grow sales of the DEXIS small equipment product lines by finding self-generated leads, following up on leads from marketing campaigns, as well as working with current and perspective customers to place additional product. Successful Sales Executive’s will build strong partnerships with their assigned outside Sales Managers, as well as dealer partners to identify opportunities and grow sales within their assigned territory. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Proactively make outbound calls to uncover and close sales opportunities to existing. Aggressively follow up on marketing generated leads. Maintain necessary database entries, spreadsheets, charts, files of communications and orders. Other outbound sales related duties/projects as directed. Providing customer service to internal and external customers. Generating and qualify leads through referrals. Flexible schedule in order to accommodate 8am – 5pm in all 4 US mainland time zones. (potentially until 8pm EST). Be willing to travel up to 5% of the time. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. 3 + years over the phone/Inside Sales experience. 3 + years experience of self-generating leads. Preferred Requirements Experience selling capital equipment over the phone. Experience with following up on leads. Experience with SAP and Microsoft Dynamics. Skills & Attributes Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems preferred. Excellent Oral and Written Communications Skills. Excellent Collaborative Behavior Skills. Well spoken, organized, self-motivated, and ambitious. Consistently ranks in the top tier at previous sales jobs. Able to navigate multiple computer tabs/screens. Competitive and thrives in a sales environment. Scripted Environment – Have the ability to follow a script, but make it your own. Competitive Spirit – Desire to succeed and be the best you can be. Polished, energetic, a hunter in business development, and exude professionalism. Must enjoy competition in a quota-driven sales environment. Strong communication and tenacity-no fear of the phone and a solid performance history of meeting sales goals over the phone. Salary Range Target Market Salary Range: $51,900 - $64,900. Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
