PRG REALTORS is seeking a licensed, bilingual (English/Spanish) Transaction & Office Coordinator to support our agents and help ensure smooth, compliant transactions from contract to close.

This role is ideal for someone with real estate experience—possibly a current or former agent—who enjoys the operational side of the business and wants to play a key support role inside a growing brokerage.

You will assist agents with transactions, help maintain compliance, and be present in the office part-time to support daily operations and team needs.

Compensation:

$20 – $25 hourly based on experience

Responsibilities:
  • Manage real estate transactions from contract to close
  • Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and compliant
  • Coordinate with title companies, lenders, clients, and vendors
  • Schedule inspections, repairs, and key transaction deadlines
  • Track timelines and proactively communicate updates to all parties
  • Support agents with transaction-related questions and processes
  • Assist with compliance and file management systems
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date transaction records
  • Be available in the office 2–3 days per week to support agents and staff
  • Assist with general office operations and administrative support
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Required
  • Active Texas Real Estate License (or previous experience as a licensed agent strongly preferred)
  • 2+ years of real estate transaction experience (agent, coordinator, or admin)
  • Strong understanding of contracts and the closing process
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions at once
  • Comfortable using real estate systems (MLS, transaction management platforms, CRM tools)
  • Team-oriented with a positive, service-minded attitude
