Now Hiring: Office Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.

• Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service.

• Perform general office and administrative tasks.

• Enter and maintain accurate information using computer software.

• Assist with filing, scheduling, and other office duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong phone and communication skills.

• Good computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and email.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented.

• Previous office experience is preferred but not required.

• 21 years or older (3 years driving CT)
