Thryve Chicago is hiring an In Store Sales Assistant to join our growing customer acquisition and fundraising team in Chicago. This entry-level sales role is perfect for outgoing, driven individuals who want hands-on experience in retail sales, face-to-face marketing, and nonprofit fundraising no experience necessary, as full training is provided.

As an In Store Sales Assistant, you'll represent well-known charitable causes directly with the public, engaging shoppers in genuine conversations that build brand awareness and drive real fundraising results. You'll work on live campaigns supporting environmental conservation and global health missions, helping protect natural landscapes and restore sight to people in need around the world.

What You'll Do

• Represent our charity partners in-store, engaging customers face-to-face with confidence and authenticity
• Educate the public on campaign missions, values, and the real-world impact of their support
• Drive brand awareness and generate new fundraising sign-ups through genuine conversation
• Meet and exceed weekly sales and fundraising targets
• Build lasting rapport with customers, turning first impressions into long-term supporters
• Track and report daily results to your team lead
