Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Loveland, CO

Industry: Real Estate

Pay: $85,000 – $95,000 annually

Benefits : The position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Addison Group is partnering with a mission-driven organization in Northern Colorado seeking an experienced HR Manager to build and lead their human resources function. Job Description:

The HR Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for all human resources activities, acting as both a strategic advisor and hands-on contributor. This individual will establish and refine HR processes, ensure compliance, and support leadership in driving a positive and effective workplace environment. The role requires someone comfortable working independently while partnering closely with leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, organize, and enhance HR processes, policies, and documentation from the ground up
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR strategies, employee relations, and organizational development
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
  • Oversee employee relations matters, providing guidance on performance management and conflict resolution
  • Administer employee benefits programs and support open enrollment activities
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and maintain accurate employee records
  • Manage HR systems and track key metrics such as hiring timelines and turnover
  • Coordinate training initiatives, including compliance and professional development programs
  • Support compensation practices, including benchmarking and job classification
  • Assist with workplace safety initiatives and related reporting in partnership with operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3–5+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Experience managing benefits administration and employee relations
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of the HR function
