Deposit Process Specialist - CHROME Federal Credit Union

What you will do:

This position is part of a team which provides support and/or service to our members and to multiple internal departments across the credit union. The following job duties are on a rotating schedule:

• Monitor and solve member and employee tickets via Zendesk
• Process and balance daily posting of ACH and Draft Exceptions, return items/chargebacks
• ACH processing
• Process and monitor all Digital Banking, Bill Pay and Mobile Deposit items
• Process all incoming and outgoing wire transfers
• Audit new accounts and monitor several reports
• Research and solve more complex member questions, problems, and issues regarding member accounts
• Resolve escalated inquiries/issues from Call Center
• Debit cards
• Monitor and solve member and employee tickets via Zendesk
• Process IRAs and HSAs
• Process court ordered documents - such as, subpoenas, levies and garnishments
• Process decedent accounts

What you need to bring with you:

• Experience - 2-4 years previous financial institution experience required
• Education - High School Education
• Abilities - Comfortable with current technology
• Must be available to work full time

Additional skills you should bring with you:

• Strong knowledge of IRAs and HSAs
• Knowledge of Trust Accounts
• Knowledge of Google Suite products - gmail, google drive, etc.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
