The CIO Metrics Analyst is responsible for developing, maintaining, and evolving key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the overall health, performance, and risk posture of the companys IT networks, systems, and platforms. This role provides data-driven insights that enable executive decision-making, particularly around capital investment and prioritization.
