Chief Information Officer (CIO) – Community Bank ($3.5B Assets)
Location: South Texas - Relocation available
Salary: $225K–$270K Base + Bonus
Musts: Retail Bank or Credit Union ($3B–$10B preferred)

This is not a maintenance role. Leadership is seeking a technology executive who can restore confidence, elevate execution, and align IT strategy with business growth.
Strong preference for candidates from community or regional banks ($3B–$10B asset range). Investment banking and brokerage backgrounds will not be considered.
