Repair Technician (Device Repair & Installation)

Location: 984 Loucks Rd, York, PA 17404

Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours | Includes at least one weekend day

What This Role Is About

Repair Technicians are responsible for delivering accurate, efficient, high-quality service that supports an outstanding customer experience.

You will:

• Perform phone and tablet repairs using structured repair procedures
• Execute automotive key cutting and programming services
• Complete battery testing and installation (automotive and specialty)
• Diagnose issues carefully and document completed work
• Maintain organized, clean, and professional work areas
• Follow safety standards and repair guidelines consistently
• This role requires attention to detail, accountability, and pride in doing the job correctly the first time.

Pay & Earning Potential

• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $19.00 - $22.50 per hour
• Includes hourly pay, weekend premium, and productivity-based incentives
• Technicians are rewarded for efficiency, completed repair volume, and quality standards
• Paid training and company-funded certifications

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license
• Demonstrated hands-on mechanical or technical aptitude through work experience, training, or education
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with small components
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured repair procedures

Preferred (Not Required)

• Phone or tablet repair experience
• Automotive, electronics, or mechanical service background
• Trade school or technical certifications
• Experience working in structured repair or service environments
