HBC, dba Aces & Eights Casino, is seeking energetic and motivated Dealers for Table Games and Poker to join our team. This is a crucial role within the organization, and you will be part of a dynamic team that is responsible for providing our guests with exceptional experience.

Please Note: This is a tipped position; base salary does not include tips.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deal table games and poker according to the game rules and house regulations.
• Ensure wagers are placed accurately before dealing cards to players.
• Announce the winning hand(s) with enthusiasm, collect losing bets, and pay out winning bets.
• Verify beginning and ending chip banks.
• Receive fills, distribute credits, and exchange paper money for chips.
• Monitor games and notify the supervisor of any concerns, misdeals, swept bets, or mis-pays.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a New Hampshire Gaming License and Badge.
• Basic math skills, with the ability to calculate quickly and accurately using a calculator.
• No high school diploma, GED, or Hi-Set required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, and reach for up to 3 hours at a time.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.

Shift Details:

• 8 to 10-hour shifts available.
• Flexible work schedules.
• Day shift, swing shift, and night shift.
• Weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
