Looking for a friendly and detail-oriented bookkeeper to join our team in the internet industry! You will play a crucial role in ensuring our financial records are accurately maintained and up-to-date. Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, including cash receipts, invoices, and payments
• Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank statements on a monthly basis
• Create monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Manage and track inventory and assist with purchasing decisions
• Coordinate with our accountant to ensure all financial documentation is accurate and up-to-date
• Assist with other financial or administrative tasks as necessary

Requirements

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Local to San Antonio, partial remote job/partial office
