Join Our Team as a Barista in Beautiful Sausalito!
Do you have a passion for coffee, tea, and creating a welcoming environment? Our cozy café, located next to the Southern Marin Fire Station in downtown Sausalito, CA, is looking for an enthusiastic barista to join our team! Whether you're brewing the perfect cup for a local, a first responder, or a visitor exploring the scenic waterfront, you'll be part of a team dedicated to making every cup a moment of comfort.
What You'll Do As a barista, you'll be at the heart of our mission to serve high-quality coffee and tea while creating a sanctuary for our community. Your responsibilities will include:
- Crafting and serving exceptional coffee and tea beverages using locally sourced, premium ingredients.
- Providing friendly and attentive customer service to locals, tourists, and first responders alike.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Restocking supplies and assisting with inventory as needed.
- Supporting the team by being on your feet for an 8-hour shift and comfortably lifting up to 30 lbs.
We’re seeking someone who:
- Is passionate about coffee, tea, and creating memorable customer experiences.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a close-knit team.
- Has no prior experience? No problem! We welcome all levels of experience and are happy to teach you the art of coffee and tea preparation.
- Is reliable, friendly, and eager to contribute to our café’s warm and welcoming atmosphere.
