This role offers an opportunity for an experienced welder fabricator and fitter to join a growing manufacturing operation with significant demand and a strong focus on quality. You will contribute to high-volume production by working with larger steel components, helping reduce weld seams while maintaining strict quality standards. The position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong mechanical aptitude, and can consistently weld to code using both stainless and carbon steel.
The organization offers a stable, growth-oriented environment with a strong demand for its products and a culture that values teamwork and respect. Employees benefit from a workplace with minimal drama, where leadership emphasizes quality, efficiency, and a positive shop atmosphere. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a setting that appreciates craftsmanship, supports continuous improvement, and provides consistent, long-term work.
This role is based in an open-air manufacturing environment, where you will work with stainless and carbon steel using MIG and TIG welding equipment, grinding tools, and other fabrication machinery. The schedule runs Monday through Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with 12-hour shifts focused on meeting production demands. The setting emphasizes safety, organization, and teamwork, with a practical, hands-on atmosphere typical of a busy fabrication shop.
