Job Description Cardinal Staffing Services, is hiring a
General Laborer for a picture framing company in Maumee, OH. The General Laborer is responsible for various departments within the frame shop; quality control, saw and machine operation, some packing and shipping, and picture assembly to name a few. Cardinal Staffing Services, is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation
($15) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. First shift position:
Monday through Friday, 5:30am-2:15 OR 6:30am-3:15pm Overtime available occasionally on Saturdays.
Responsibilities of the General Laborer: - Measuring and cutting metal and wood.
- Ensuring quality cuts and inspecting throughout departments
- Reading work orders and pulling needed material
- Assembling boxes and packaging artwork
- Be willing to change departments several times a day
- Be willing to train and learn
Required Qualifications of the General Laborer: - Ability to read a tape measure down to 1/16th of an inch and pass a measure test
- At least 1 year of Quality experience
- At least 1 year of Warehouse experience
- Must want to stay busy!
