Job Description Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Dental Assistant to support our dental team with various administrative and clinical tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of dental terminology, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is vital to maintaining the smooth operation of our dental practice and ensuring high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Manage patient appointments and scheduling
Handle patient inquiries via phone and email
Update and maintain patient records in electronic health record (EHR) systems
Assist with dental billing and coding
Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare providers
Prepare and send out dental correspondence
Assist with prescription refills and prior authorizations
Provide administrative support to the dental team as needed
part-time $70 - $100 per hour
- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
- Commission-Based Incentives: Earn a percentage of the revenue generated from advanced treatments, including dental implants, orthodontic procedures, and cosmetic dentistry services.
