Job Title: UKG Kronos Project Manager

Location: Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced UKG Kronos Project Manager to lead the planning, implementation, upgrade, and support of UKG Workforce Management (WFM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience with UKG/Kronos products, and the ability to coordinate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver successful workforce management projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end UKG Kronos implementation and upgrade projects.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with business, HR, payroll, and IT teams to gather requirements.
• Lead project meetings, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure successful integration between UKG Kronos, payroll, HRIS, and third-party systems.
• Identify project risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
• Oversee testing, deployment, training, and post-production support activities.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and workforce regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of UKG best practices.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly Kronos WFM).
• Knowledge of Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance, Leave Management, and Workforce Analytics modules.
• Experience managing Agile and Waterfall projects.
• Understanding of HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with integrations, data migration, and system implementations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, HR, or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification preferred.
• UKG/Kronos certifications are a plus.
