Position UH‑60A/L Blackhawk Maintenance Test Pilot (MTP) supporting the Army National Guard (ANG) Aviation Training Services and Operational Support (ATSOS) program in Marana, AZ. Responsibilities Conduct maintenance test flights on UH-60 A and L model helicopters to verify aircraft and component functionality. Perform pre‑phase and post‑phase maintenance test flights and general/limited maintenance test flights (GMTF & LMTF). Accept or check accomplishment of maintenance or modifications per scheduled tests. Complete all aircrew training program (ATP) requirements per DCMA INST 8210‑1D, AR 95‑1, and applicable dATM. Coordinate daily tasks and requirements of contract employees to meet AATS training mission and schoolhouse accreditation. Ensure compliance with Army, National Guard, and AATS policies, procedures, and regulations. Report instructor flight and operation data in the Task Order Monthly Report. Required Qualifications High School Diploma with 10 years of applicable experience OR Bachelor’s Degree with 6 years of experience. Certified in DCMA INST 8210‑1D with at least 1,000 hours P‑C time and 300 hours in similar type aircraft. USAACE/AATS or equivalent Army‑approved NET certification. Instructor Training Course (ITC) or ABIC qualified, or graduate from an AATS‑provided ABIC course within 12 months of start date. FAA Commercial Pilot or Airline Transport Pilot Certificate and FAA Second Class flight physical. Experience as an SP, IE, or IP in an OASS school, MTOE, or TDA organization at the company or battalion level. Must meet instructor qualification requirements per TR 350‑10, TR 350‑70. Must obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security clearance. Preferred Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. IP experience at EAATS, HAATS, WAATS, or U.S. Army Aviation Training Center. Previous ACT‑E qualification and sustainment training per TC 3‑04.11. Graduate of the Army Maintenance Test Pilot Course or equivalent evaluation by the Directorate of Evaluation and Standardization.
