45 year established law firm in Bucks County, just blocks outside of Philadelphia seeks a Trial Attorney and litigator for a busy Plaintiff personal injury legal practice primarily practicing in Philadelphia, Bucks County, Montgomery County, and New Jersey. Candidates must be licensed to practice in PA and NJ. Benefits include competitive compensation package, origination credit and bonuses, fully paid health and dental benefits. You will represent clients from intake through arbitration, trial, ADR, mediation, and final disposition, verdict, and settlement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a varied caseload from intake through trial and settlement.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, ADR, and trials.
• Collaborate on litigation strategies and provide case updates to clients.

Skills and Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active PA and NJ Bar license.
• 2+ years experience in plaintiff or defense personal injury auto, premises liability, general negligence, wrongful death, general litigation.
• Strong communication, organization, and case management skills.
• Strong analytical abilities, excellent writing and communication skills, the ability to manage workload.
• Candidate should be a self-starter, willing and able to work independently and as a team player.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Experience with Arbitrations, depositions, and discovery is ideal. Trial experience is a plus.
