Required certification: Phlebotomist
1+ years of experience
Experience: 3 months phlebotomy required if not graduate of phlebotomy training program Cases: General patient care, pediatrics, Emergency Department, ICU, Operating Rooms - all age groups Certifications: National Phlebotomy certification (NHA, ASCP, etc.) within 14 months of hire License: Not specified Education: High school diploma/GED + phlebotomy training program with clinical rotation OR 3 months experience EMR: Not specified Schedule: 6AM-2:30PM with every other weekend rotation Flu Vaccine: Not specified
