We are seeking an experienced Technical Producer to lead technical strategy and execution across complex, multi-format live events.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Technical Producer is a senior technical role responsible for end-to-end technical vision, planning, and execution across large-scale, complex event programs. This role oversees multiple event types within a single engagement—such as keynotes, expos, breakout sessions, evening events, and hybrid components—ensuring technical cohesion, efficiency, and excellence throughout.
Acting as the primary client-facing technical authority , the Technical Producer leads and coordinates Technical Directors, Production Managers, Coordinators, and discipline-specific Specialists. This role owns technical workflows, budget strategy across core technical disciplines, and the removal of operational bottlenecks to ensure seamless delivery from concept through live execution
The Technical Producer works in close collaboration with the Executive Producer and Executive Creative Director, serving as part of the core leadership team for large-scale projects.
