Schedule: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Position Overview
Citadel Security USA is currently filling a full-time overnight security role in the Grand Junction area. This assignment focuses on maintaining a steady on-site presence during late hours, supporting general site activity, and handling occasional transport-related responsibilities when needed.
The role is best suited for someone who stays alert during long shifts, works well without direct supervision, and can handle responsibilities with consistency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible overnight presence to support a secure environment
• Monitor surroundings and take note of unusual activity or safety concerns
• Assist with scheduled movement or transport-related tasks when assigned
• Help manage access and movement within the property as needed
• Keep open communication with supervisors, dispatch, or site contacts
• Complete daily logs and incident reports with clear, accurate details
• Operate company vehicles safely when required
• Follow all assigned post orders and site-specific procedures

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass required background and drug screening
• Dependable attendance and ability to work overnight 12-hour shifts
• Comfortable driving for extended periods if needed
• Strong observation skills and clear communication ability

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in security, patrol, or transport-related roles
• Background in customer-facing or service-oriented positions
• Ability to remain composed and focused in changing situations

Training & Support

• Paid training provided before starting assignment
• Clear site instructions and expectations provided
• Ongoing support from supervisors and operations staff
