What Youll Do
? Lead, coach, and support a team of stylists
? Create schedules and manage daily salon operations
? Deliver excellent customer service and maintain Great Clips standards
? Hire, train, and develop stylists for long-term success
? Drive salon performance, productivity, and morale
What Were Looking For
? Valid Cosmetology or Barber License
? Previous salon leadership or management experience preferred
? Strong communication and team-building skills
? Positive attitude and passion for developing others
? Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
