Job Description
Residential Construction Superintendent
House Buyers of America is looking for a Residential Construction Superintendent who will be responsible for the project management of our home renovations. This person will oversee all aspects of 3-6 projects per month including bidding out jobs, permitting work and ensuring everything is completed according to the project timeline. This person will drive to and work from different job sites scattered throughout the greater Maryland area therefore you must live in Maryland.
