We are seeking a highly motivated Procurement Manager to support integration and procurement initiatives within a complex enterprise environment. This role will play a critical part in driving procurement strategy, supplier alignment, and end-to-end contracting activities. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys solving complex problems, and is eager to take ownership of high-impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end sourcing and contracting activities, including professional services and software categories
  • Manage day-to-day procurement workstreams, including tracking progress, resolving escalations, and ensuring alignment with business timelines
  • Conduct due diligence to inform sourcing and contracting decisions
  • Ensure contract terms appropriately reflect business and engagement risks
  • Oversee a portfolio of active procurement requests and ensure timely delivery

  • Provide regular updates and insights to leadership on workstream progress

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of procurement, sourcing, or contracting experience including experience in a large enterprise environment

  • Experience working across multiple spend categories is a plus

Preferred Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and present effectively to leadership
  • Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced enterprise environments

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong ownership mentality with the ability to manage a broad scope of work
  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to work across diverse teams
