Client Service Associate Client Service Associates provide exceptional service to our clients and support Financial Advisor(s) (FAs)/Private Wealth Advisor(s) (PWAs)/teams on a daily basis. Through regular interactions with clients, the role builds trusted relationships using a client‑first mindset. Responsibilities Support the FA/PWA/team in cultivating and enhancing client relationships. Execute money‑movement transactions at the request of clients and/or FA/PWA. Answer general non‑investment related questions concerning client accounts. Enter or pre‑fill profile information and account documentation. Educate or enroll clients in digital tools (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization). Support the team’s marketing strategy (e.g., website maintenance). Assist in delivering the team’s business plan and client service model. Remain current on all policies, procedures, and new platforms. Participate in firm initiatives, training programs, special projects, and other duties directed by local management. Answer inbound phone calls, make outbound calls, and schedule follow‑up calls with FAs/PWAs/teams as needed. Manage the calendar, coordinate meetings or events, and prepare agendas and Zoom credentials. Maintain travel itineraries, prepare expense reports, and manage reimbursement processes. Assist with general office support functions such as copying, filing, and scanning documentation. Prepare and submit expense reports for processing. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalency (college degree preferred). Industry experience is a plus. Willingness to obtain Series7 (GS), Series66 (AG/RA) or Series63 (AG) and Series65 (RA). Knowledge & Skills Detail oriented with superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize. Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Exceptional writing, interpersonal, and client service skills. Strong time‑management skills. Team player who can collaborate with others. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. Adaptable with the ability to multitask. Goal oriented, self‑motivated and results driven. Reporting Reports to: Business Service Officer. Compensation Base pay range for NewYork and NewJersey is $68,000-$90,000 per year. Additional compensation may include commissions, incentive pay, discretionary bonuses, and other benefits.
