Parts Manager (936065) Woodbridge, England Parts Manager – Woodbridge Leadership role within a well-established Agricultural & Groundcare business with excellent benefits and long-term career prospects. We’re recruiting for a Parts Manager in Woodbridge to join a respected and growing business within the Agricultural and Groundcare sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced parts professional ready to step into a senior role where you’ll have real responsibility, lead an established team, and play a key part in the day-to-day success of the business. Based in Woodbridge, this full-time permanent position offers a supportive working environment, strong employee benefits, and the chance to build a long-term career within a professional and forward-thinking company. You’ll work 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm, with additional hours required during peak periods and Saturdays on a rota basis. Why apply / What’s in it for you? 32 days annual leave including bank holidays Death in service cover (2x salary) Profit-related bonus scheme A stable and supportive working environment within the Agricultural industry Key Responsibilities: As Parts Manager, you’ll take ownership of the department and support the wider operation by: Overseeing the day-to-day running of the Parts Department Managing the showroom and Goods Inwards area to maintain high standards Leading, supporting, and motivating the existing parts team Delivering excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email Supporting both the Sales and Service Departments with parts requirements Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and trade accounts Monitoring departmental performance, profitability, and stock levels Managing stock control, deliveries, and inventory accuracy Ensuring all administration and record keeping is completed accurately Working towards departmental targets and operational objectives What we’re looking for: To be successful as a Parts Manager, you’ll need: Previous experience within a Parts Manager, Parts Supervisor or similar position Background within Agricultural, Groundcare or Plant sectors would be advantageous Previous supervisory or management experience Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities Confidence managing workloads and prioritising tasks effectively Good IT skills and experience using internal systems High attention to detail and a professional approach Ability to work independently and use your own initiative If you’re looking for your next step as a Parts Manager in Woodbridge, this is an excellent opportunity to join a successful Agricultural business offering stability, progression, and long-term career development.
