Order Fulfillment Specialist
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Location: Broken Arrow, OK 74012
Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Job Type: Initial Contract (6 Months)

Position Overview

The Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for supporting production and internal operations by accurately managing inventory, kitting materials, and fulfilling work orders. This Order Fulfillment Specialist role ensures materials are properly received, verified, and issued to maintain efficient production flow. The ideal Order Fulfillment Specialist is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in warehouse or inventory environments.

Required Experience & Skills
• Experience in inventory, warehouse, or material handling environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
• Forklift experience ( certification preferred or ability to obtain )
• Experience with ERP systems (preferred, training available)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to manage priorities and meet production schedules
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Prepare, kit, and issue materials based on work orders and Bills of Material (BOMs)
• Verify material accuracy before release to production
• Process inventory transactions and work orders in the ERP system
• Receive and inspect incoming materials for quantity and condition
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform system updates
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and shortages
• Fulfill urgent internal material requests and discrepancy reports
• Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and team leads
• Follow all safety procedures and standard work practices
• Operate material-handling equipment such as forklifts as needed

• Equipment use including forklifts and inventory systems
