Office Assistant

Office Assistant needed in the West Unity area and is part- time. 9am to 2:30pm.

Office Assistant Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 to $19.00 /hour
• Part Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 09:30am to 02:30pm)

• This role supports daily business functions through organization, communication, data management, and coordination of administrative activities.
• The position provides administrative support to the Senior Customer Care Specialist by performing order entry, maintaining documentation, and supporting routine customer account and order management activities.
• The Administrative Assistant works closely with multiple departments to ensure information is accurate, organized, and processed in a timely manner while allowing customer-facing and strategic responsibilities to remain with the Senior Customer Care Specialist.

Office Assistant Qualifications:

• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.
• Must have reception skills
• Experience in organizing filing systems, including electronic and paper records.
• Data entry skills
• Must have experience with ERP systems
• Experience with purchase orders
• Assist with copying, scanning, and document management.
