The Elba Hope Foundation (EHF) wishes to commission a modular presentation and event design system for the Elba Hope Foundation that can be reused across donor meetings, corporate partnerships, and stage presentations. This is not a brand redesign. Brand Kit, assets, and narrative will be provided. Working Brief Templates:

• A modular, year-long storytelling system that protects brand integrity, accelerates production, and scales across global moments.
• This system must elevate how we present their voice and impact - from visual identity to cohesive digital presence - in ways that deepen connection with supporters, participants, and the broader public.

Work for donors, corporate partners, policymakers, and cultural audiences. Function in digital, stage, and environmental contexts. Reduce ad-hoc design and repetitive reinvention. Protect brand equity while allowing controlled evolution. Deliverables (Delivered in Canva. Editable files): 1. Modular Presentation System - Design a master presentation template including ~25–30 reusable slide layouts:

• Mission / vision / Founders
• Problem / opportunity
• Initiative sections (Hope Power, Creative Futures)
• Impact metrics
• Partners
• Investment / call to action
• Closing slides

2. Visual Story Structure - Translate the provided narrative into slide sections and visual hierarchy, including:

• Section dividers
• Layout rhythm
• Guidance for short vs long presentations

3. Light Brand Guardrails - Create a short internal guide (8–10 pages) covering:

• Typography rules
• Color usage
• Layout guidance
• Export settings

4. Environmental Stage Assets - Design presentation variants suitable for stage environments:

• Title slides
• Section transitions
• Large-screen layout versions
• Stage background slides

5. Event Collateral Starter Set - Provide reusable layouts for:

• Event program cover
• Agenda layout
• Welcome signage
• Digital program screens

These should be adaptable templates, not event-specific designs. Timeline: 4 weeks Budget: $7,500 Pre-Contract Paid Exercise: Before we move forward with the full project, we like to do a short paid design exercise to make sure the collaboration style is a good fit for both sides. This is not speculative work. We pay $400 for the exercise. The task is to design 4 slides from the EHF presentation system, using the assets and narrative outline we provide.
