Position Summary This role will support the Commercial and Strategic Business Operations function within Clinical Services. Responsibilities will include FP&A functions (Budgeting & Forecasting, Expense Management, Month Close & Reporting), Operations support (membership-based and metrics driven staffing models) and managing business partnerships. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is needed along with experience with Aetna Finance systems and processes. Fundamental components Collaborates with other departments to understand their financial needs, gather relevant data, and assist in the creation of financial plans. Facilitates complex financial analysis to support decision-making and provide insights to senior management, examining financial data, identifying trends, evaluating financial performance, and preparing reports to communicate findings. Analyzes variances between actual performance and budget/forecast, assessing the financial impact of different initiatives, and recommending appropriate actions. Performs financial modeling and ad-hoc analysis under minimal supervision. Prepares monthly and quarterly reporting packages and formal business reviews, and participates in leadership presentations. Communicates financial summaries and complex dashboard information to management, executives, and stakeholders. Identifies and improves financial planning and analysis (FP&A) inefficiencies, implements automation or standardization initiatives, and enhances the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. Required Qualifications 5+ years of relevant financial experience Experienced skills with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are needed along with experience with financial systems. Proficiency with Anaplan, Hyperion and S4 Hana. Preferred Qualifications Healthcare, managed care or financial services experience Advanced degree in finance, accounting, or related field Education Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent work experience required (HS Diploma + 4 additional yrs of relevant experience) Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $66,330.00 - $145,860.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
