Roles and Responsibilities: - Mentorship & Training: Onboarding new estheticians, providing informal/formal training, and helping peers improve skills.
- Operations: Managing room readiness, overseeing product inventory, and contributing to meetings/protocols.
- Advanced Services: Performing complex treatments (peels, lasers, microneedling) and handling challenging client issues.
- Client Experience: Ensuring exceptional service, problem-solving on the fly, and fostering client loyalty.
- Leadership: Leading by example, demonstrating calm professionalism, and knowing when to involve management.
- An active Esthetics license in the appropriate state
- Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance
- Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
- Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the clients skincare goals
- Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
- Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
- Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude
- Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
- Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
