About the Role:

Join Plant Professionals Inc as an Interior Maintenance Technician, where you'll play a key role in maintaining the beauty and health of indoor plants. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and care for indoor plants, ensuring optimal health and aesthetics.
• Monitor plant conditions, including watering, fertilizing, and pest control.
• Conduct regular inspections and report any issues or required repairs.
• Provide expert advice to clients on plant care and maintenance techniques.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment for plant care.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Keep detailed records of plant conditions and maintenance activities.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while on the job.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in horticulture, landscaping, or indoor plant care.
• Strong knowledge of plant species and their care requirements.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for plants and interior aesthetics.
• Valid Drivers License - Clean Driving Record
