Designing and developing impactful learning solutions, the full-time remote Instructional Designer I will create eLearning courses and training documents for an enterprise-wide audience while collaborating with Subject Matter Experts and applying effective learning methodologies. Key responsibilities Design, build, and deliver engaging eLearning and educational resources Develop course outlines and related documents throughout the design and development phases Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to implement courses and instructional resources Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Business, Education, Communications, or a related field 1+ years of professional instructional design experience Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise) and experience in Camtasia Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) Ability to provide samples demonstrating proficiency in Articulate 360
