Responsibilities:
Handle Air and Ocean Import and Export shipments from creation to billing
Prepare import documents in accordance with all US Customs regulations
Schedule deliveries based on customer needs
Ability to create Excel spreadsheets
Prepare invoices and send to customers
Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
2+ years of air/ocean import and export experience with a freight forwarder preferred
Excellent communication skills, well organized and proficient computer skills, inclusive of Microsoft Office
Compensation based off of experience and negotiable
