The Role The Housekeeping Houseperson is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel. The role requires good communication skills and the ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight. It is a fast‑paced position. Prior cleaning experience is preferred, along with strong communication skills for guest interactions. Qualifications A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment. Refined verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning procedures. Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight. Excellent time‑management and organizational skills. Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including day, evening, weekends, and holidays.
