Why Us?
Winslow Court is one of Stellar Senior Living's most active communities — full of fun, family, and opportunities to serve. Our supreme goal, in the words of our CEO Evrett Benton, is "to do and be the best in all we undertake, and to provide a Stellar life for our residents, their families and our employees." If you're looking for a company and team that understands the value of people, look no further.
What We Offer

Your Role

  • Hire, train, and develop the care team
  • Provide leadership and direction to Care Coordinators, QMAPs, and Caregivers
  • Work directly with residents to assess needs, document status in the electronic care system, and coordinate services
  • Supervise med techs and delegate nursing duties to unlicensed personnel within scope
  • Maintain regulatory compliance and survey readiness
  • Manage department budget and contribute to cost-control planning

Qualifications

  • Current Colorado LPN or LVN license required (or eligibility for Colorado endorsement); RN credential also welcome
  • Experience in Assisted Living, Geriatric Nursing, Gerontology, and/or Dementia Care
  • Demonstrated leadership in building and developing care teams
  • Working knowledge of service plan development, medication management, infection control, and safety procedures
  • Demonstrated ability in budgeting and cost control
  • A genuine love for working with seniors
