1. Participates as an active member of the crisis team.
2. Completes documentation of client care in compliance with CARF and SSOC standards.
3. Provides face to face crisis assessments and coverage 24/7/365.
COMPENSATION:
QUALIFICATIONS - Hamblen Crisis Services Coordinator
Education/Knowledge:
A Master's degree in a health-related field of counseling, psychology, social work, sociology and experience working with individuals with mental illness and/or co-occurring diagnoses. Position requires Licensed Masters Clinician (LCSW, LPC-MHSP, LMFT) with 3-5 years' experience. Must obtain and retain MPA certification.
