Salon Manager – $5,000 Hiring Bonus | Great Clips | Western Twin Cities Suburbs

Are you a driven salon professional ready to take the next step in your career? Peyton Company , a locally owned Great Clips franchise with 14 locations across the Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin, is looking for an experienced Salon Manager to lead one of our western Twin Cities suburban locations. And we're offering a $5,000 hiring bonus to the right candidate!

• $5,000 hiring bonus
• Competitive pay $22–$46/hr including tips and bonuses

What We're Looking For:

• Valid salon manager's license required
• Minimum 5 years as a licensed cosmetologist or barber
• Great Clips experience strongly preferred
• Prior salon management experience preferred
• A leader who can motivate, develop, and retain a team
• Availability for full-time hours (34+) including evenings and 5 out of 8 weekends
• Someone who takes pride in delivering a great guest experience every single visit

• Managing day-to-day salon operations
• Coaching and developing stylists to grow in their careers
• Maintaining Great Clips brand standards and delivering consistent guest satisfaction
