Schedule/Expected work hours - 68-hour shifts
- Minimum one to two-weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday or Sunday)
- 25 hours a week is required
- Days and evening shifts available
Responsibilities - Customize facial experiences for each guest
- Perform service enhancements using Microdermabrasion, LED Therapy, Nano needling, Gua Sha, and Aromatherapy
- Promote the therapeutic and wellness benefits of skin care therapy
- Foster meaningful connections that empower guests on their wellness paths
- Help guests feel restored, balanced, and elevated every time they visit
- Help coach and mentor other estheticians
- Help manage inventory of facial retail products and service products
- Help recruit and screen applicants for esthetician team
- Recommend other products and services to enhance customer experience
Qualifications - Current state license to perform skincare services
- Active liability insurance for skincare therapy is required
- Pass background checks
- Capable of performing full-body 50-minute facial services
- A passion for wellness, teamwork, and delivering outstanding guest care
- Excellent at guest communication
