Ensure proper Inventory levels and assist customers with special orders Work with the service department to ensure customer satisfaction Work with Service Manager and other departments to ensure all parts are obtained in a timely manner Set sales objective for the parts staff and calculate monthly incentives as needed Maintain a clean and receivable parts schedule Coordinate all parts returns and scraps for OEM and non OEM retuns REQUIREMENTS Forecast goals and objectives for the parts department Ensure Parts are inventoried per set guidelines Maintain proper stocking levels by utilizing our parts inventory management system, (RIM)and minimize obsolescence Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance Superior customer service skills Excellent Inventory Control Skills Ability to drive the team to achieve maximum productivity Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to lead and grow your team Computer skills and willingness to learn new processes Ability to multi task while remaining customer focused Clean driving record & valid driver’s license #J-18808-Ljbffr
