Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team. This role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of leadership
• Act as a gatekeeper, managing incoming communications and prioritizing requests
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and follow-ups
• Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Assist with project management tasks and ensure deadlines are met
• Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
• Support event planning and execution as needed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
