Compensation: $70,000 - $120,000 annually (Base Pay + Commission)

This position serves as the first point of contact for prospective clients and plays a critical role in our sales process. As a Sales Opener, you will engage with prospective clients, assess their needs, and facilitate a seamless transition to a Resolution Officer for a comprehensive consultation. Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients and establish professional rapport.
• Conduct initial qualification conversations to understand each client's circumstances and determine eligibility for our services.
• Clearly communicate the value of our solutions and explain the client onboarding process.
• Accurately document client interactions and maintain records within the company's CRM platform.
• Consistently meet or exceed established performance metrics, including call volume, qualified transfers, and conversion objectives.
• Collaborate effectively with Resolution Officers and other team members to support client success.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service throughout all client interactions.
• Follow up with prospective clients as necessary to ensure timely engagement.
