Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Assists in developing the business case for new products or features. Assists in the research of regulatory and compliance requirements and provides preliminary input on analysis of potential implications to existing Products.
• Supports in the documentation of as-is processes for product management, product enhancements, key findings, and standard methodologies.
• Supports in the creation and maintenance of the product backlog, prioritizing features, and establishing timelines for product releases. Partners closely with other product teams and business stakeholders to prioritize growth, transformation, and platform health initiatives.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, and other adjacent stakeholders to gather and document product requirements and to ensure timely delivery of product features, following agile development methodologies.
• Assists in the identification of technical gaps and collaborates with broader teams to facilitate resolution risks, opportunities and changes tied to product management initiatives and processes. Maintain core critical metrics.
• Understands competitive and internal positioning for their product or product line through internal and external market research.
• Use analytical abilities and strategic perspective to identify trends & recommend solutions that will help improve the user experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience working on/with software development teams
• Knowledge of Loyalty Programs and associated products is desirable.
• Building and maintaining strategic product roadmaps
• Maintain a healthy backlog for scrum teams.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels within the organization, including external partners.
• Familiarity with agile and scrum software development methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to consult with various stakeholders and define optimal requirements.
• Problem solving, project management and analytical skills; ability to prioritize and complete tasks.
• Bachelor's Degree required (or comparable experience) in Business or Computer Science disciplines (preferred)
• Must travel on-site to the Phoenix office campus a minimum of three days per week, in alignment with team days
