Hiring a Data Entry - Provider Credentialing Specialist in Tempe, AZ!

**This role is fully on-site**

Schedule: M-F 8:30 AM - 5 PM

Pay Range: Between $20-$25/hr

Day to day:

• Extract provider demographic, licensing, and application information from various PDF folders and accurately key the data into the Echo software.
• Review payer-level information (e.g., Aetna, etc.) to identify and input effective dates and plan participation details.
• Ensure all entered data is 100% accurate, cross-referencing information against original source documents to maintain high data integrity.
• Coordinate with the Credentialing Manager and internal team members to ensure project milestones are met within the 3-month timeline.
• When necessary, contact payers to clarify or verify provider information to ensure the software records are current and correct.

Must Have Qualifications:

• 1+ years of credentialing/ provider enrollment experience

• Ability to commit to the full 3-month project duration and work a consistent 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM schedule in the Arizona office.

• Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and PDF management is required.

Benefits:

- In order to be eligible for health benefits, you must be employed for 30 days and must average 30 hours per week over your first four weeks on assignment. If you become eligible and take action to enroll, you will be covered no earlier than 60 days into your assignment, depending on plan selection(s).
