Position Type: Part Time - Intern

Worksite: Administrative Office in Emporia, KS


Work Hours: Monday - Friday, Hours by arrangement

Job Duties:

• Retrieves and compiles data and survey information into statistical reports and meaningful


graphs of quality performance measures, identification of trends, and performance


improvements. Distributes reports to management team members to be used for development


of service strategies.

• Creates reports, dashboards, and charts to visually present findings to stakeholders in an


understandable way. • Works with other staff to interpret data sets, find patterns, and uncover


trends.

• Working with others to problem solve by providing data analysis reports to improve efficiency


and productivity

This job operates in a professional office setting. This role uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Prior experience in data is preferred but not required.

Certifications & Licenses: N/A

Computer Skills: Computer experience in Microsoft Office programs and moderate to advanced computer fluency.

Additional Qualifications: Possess strong interpersonal skills; ability to meet people with ease; strong organizational skills; well disciplined; ability to work under pressure of many priorities and meet deadlines.
