Location: Hollywood, CA 90028 Responsibilities Support the EVP and SVP with complex scheduling, calendar management, and day-to-day administrative needs. Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Facilitate communication across departments, ensuring timely and accurate information flow. Coordinate travel, process expenses, and manage studio-wide reports. Track departmental projects, priorities and industry trends. Take detailed notes during meetings and calls. Exercise discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience, preferred. 1–2+ years of administrative or coordinator experience, ideally supporting senior-level executives in a studio, network, agency, or entertainment-adjacent environment. Working knowledge of scripted television development, current programming, or production within a studio or streaming environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard business tools; knowledge of creative production tools (Final Draft, Photoshop, etc.) a plus. Additional Qualifications Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Proactive, solution-oriented, and team-focused approach. Professional, personable demeanor with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Demonstrated initiative in identifying opportunities for growth. Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $53,000 - $68,000 (depending on location, experience and other factors).
